Office arrangement for Sephora Polska

At the end of April, the main office of Sephora Polska changed its location. The new office of the company is currently located in the Business Garden office complex, located at Żwirki i Wigury street. Sephora Polska office with an area of nearly 2.1 thousand sq m, is located on the first floor of the 16c office building belonging to the Business Garden complex, surrounded by greenery, owned by Vastint Poland.

Business Garden Warsaw creates seven office buildings with a total leasable area of 90,000 sq m. sqm. The investment also includes a hotel with a conference center, a restaurant and a fitness club. The buildings were created respecting the principles of sustainable development. During the construction, considerable amounts of materials from local suppliers were used, and water and energy saving systems were installed in the buildings. Business Garden Warsaw is distinguished by the presence of a large garden, which is located between the buildings creating for the tenants friendly places for rest and recreation. Green areas together with the biologically active surface of green roofs occupy as much as 60% of the complex's area. The buildings are LEED Platinum certified.
